Receiving a massage from Annika was a big step on my healing journey. The body I knew does not exist anymore, being massively changed through an amputation, skin transplantations and large areas with scar tissue. The trust I set into Annika was rewarded in many ways. I appreciate her clear, compassionate and sensitive spaceholding that welcomed emotional expression without pushing. The attentiveness in her touch as well as her depth and light-heartedness worked great for me: I felt a true sister present with me in every moment of the session. What I discovered most in my Sensual/Yoni Massage session with Annika was how to relax into my own pleasure and that it can just be for me, for my aliveness, for my life at deeper layers than what I had discovered at this stage in my life.

I am very grateful that as a post menopausal woman I already feel more sexually alive and 'juicy' than I have in many years so it's not difficult to connect to my erotic life-force energy.

However receiving sensual touch from a woman in an intentional space like this, meant I could sense and feel the threads of old patterning that still existed in my system that said "If I feel pleasure I need to give back." or "It's not ok that this can be all for me."

I felt safe to speak these stories and express the emotions that came with them so that they could dissolve further and I could allow more aliveness and pleasure in as fuel for my life.

Annika held a strong space for this unfolding and worked with what was moving through my body without bringing a preconceived agenda into the space. This was sacred for me to experience.

Coaching with Annika felt very empowering.

I enjoyed a lot her inner calmness and non-judgmental attitude with an open heart and open ears. It helped me to address and speak about what is happening within me.

During one of the coaching sessions she guided me slowly, smoothly, step by step through a past situation when I had felt fear as an emotion and had reacted with an automatic freeze response. I experienced transitioning from an automatic freeze response to feeling the fear and receiving the important information of it. While experiencing this I felt very well held by her.
