I am a Feelings Practitioner and Somatic Massage Therapist. I have co-created interviews for the Radically Alive Women's Edgecast.

In 2006 I made a decision. I decided to never, ever work for a corporate organization again. I had the wisdom to become my own boss of life. My mission was to start living in community and I did. The message became clear - we are not made to live in isolation, in self-pressurised, hard working environments. Human beings are relational and become alive in reciprocity, collaboration, and in a continuous creation process.

From a young age I have been questioning the culture I was brought up in and have been finding and connecting with human beings along the way to unfold my FEELINGS and my own authority to share my gifts and values with the world. 'What if?' has never been and still is not a big question to ask. The pain of being stagnant is bigger than leaping into the Unknown to create new possibilities.

It is my quest to keep challenging the unspoken lie that at birth 'you are not good enough'. I offer guidance to you so that you can UNPEEL THE LAYERS THAT ARE COVERING YOUR SEED that is ready to build out a life for you that is worth being alive for.

My personal journey continues to shape my ability to hold a spacious, non-judgmental, clear and daring container for the wisdom of each human being to unfold and to inform about new practices and discoveries ongoingly.

Navigating living in community for the last 8 years, being in a destructive relationship, being a workshop junkie, competing with Women, journeying with my friend and mother through conscious pregnancy/birth/parenting, living simple in the bush and off the land for 3 years, living nomadic for 2 years, conscious living experiments in RADICAL HONESTY with women for 1.5 years - all have shaped who I am today and the challenges and celebrations along each discovery.

I guide you from my own lived experience of guilt, shame, depression, doubt, suicidal thoughts and unworthyness. My possibilities and practices are informed by my continuous quest & research to become more present, more caring and more alive in my body.

During the last 10 years I have developed a new relationship to pain.

Having had many symptoms from a broken leg and surgery (which required little medication), to smaller injuries where the active navigation of all four FEELINGS in their resonant tissues has guided my body to a place where it does not scream so loud anymore. Because finally my BODY is being heard.

I have built strength within myself to expose the wisdom of every challenge and journey into the darkness. Through somatic practices I am in attunement with my energetic, emotional, mental, and physical bodies and hold space for others to master attunement.

By now I held hundreds of clients through deep, embodied healing and feeling processes to come closer to themselves from within.
